JARAGUA :: ADVENTURE ADVENTURE RACE 10 YEARS COMMEMORATIVE OF THE SOUTH BRASILIS
About 100 athletes participated in the 4th and February 5th of JARAGUA ADVENTURE, adventure race which celebrated 10 years of South Brasilis first adventure race in SC!
The concentration of the event was the cozy Malwee Park, a green area with pond and rainforest located in the center of Jaragua do Sul, SC industrial city that has grown apace in recent years.
The race featured three categories: Expedition, with total distance of 117km, which had its start of the 22h Saturday night, Aventura, with 40km, and Light, with 8km. These last two to start on Sunday morning. All three had the start of boating on Lake Park Malwee with track in the same direction, which allowed family could more closely monitor their loved athletes!
In the category Expedition, the duo of Casa Mata Pomeroy won after 11:53 pm test. In the Adventure, was the best for the local team Hunger (3:13 am), and light, for orienteering River Negrinho the CORM II in time of 44 minutes.
The next event is now MULTISPORT BRAZIL , which has beyond the 90km classical cross Island SC with canoeing, trail running and mtb, now has a proof parallel TRAIL RUNNING 5km and 9km.
